Grant is a agroecological coach, consultant, and educator based out of the Central Coast of California. He is committed to restoring the health and function of working lands and helping land managers achieve their environmental and production goals. Grant has worked with ranchers and farmers as well as on ranches and farms, giving him a unique perspective in his work. Having worked in a variety of different roles and towards a variety of different goals in his natural resource management career, he understands the complexity and nuance behind agricultural operations and is able to work with people across different landscapes and production systems. He has been able to learn from, work for and be mentored by some of the leading pioneers in the regenerative agriculture space including Spencer Smith, Nichole Masters, Mark Biaggi, Dr. Allen Williams, and Gabe Brown. Grant believes in the power of holistic land management to improve soil and ecosystem health and has seen first hand the positive effects this work has on the resilience of ecosystems and agricultural operations.
